Magnesium Deficiency May Lead To Heart Attack, Be Aware Of The Symptoms!

Magnesium deficiency can cause a variety of problems and negative impacts on human health. Magnesium is a mineral that is very important and is responsible for many body functions. Function of magnesium include, helping the formation of new cells, and keep the liver and kidneys in order to function properly. Magnesium is also known as mineral heart. Magnesium helps the production of energy, digestion, and muscle function. This mineral also plays a role activating B vitamins, adrenal glands, brain and nervous system.
